William Orval Heins, 79, 415 W. Persimmon St., Rogers, died Nov. 4 in a Rogers nursing home. Born Oct. 4, 1895, at Larue, he was the son of J.W. and Nancy Ellen Weatherman Heins, Northwest Arkansas pioneers. He and his father operated Heins Fuel Co. for 30 years. He moved to Wichita, Kan., and was an employe of Beach Aircraft as a machinist until retirement. He returned to Rogers several months ago to make his home and was a member of Downtown Church of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Faye Dean, Rogers: one brother, Ira, Heins, Los Angeles, Calif.; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Garrett, Rogers, Mrs. Mary Austin and Mrs. Winnie Soos, Joplin, Mo.; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 10 a.m. in Burns Funeral Chapel, Rogers, with George R. Dickson officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction Burns.
