Funeral Sevices for Mrs. Mattie
Harrison 95, rt 1, Fort Smith,
who died Sunday at a local nursing
home, will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at
Massard United Methodist Church. Burial
will be at Barling City Cemetery by
Edwards Funeral Home. She had been a
resident of the area 75 years.
Survivors include five sons, Earl Harrison
of Fort Smith, Rev. Hugh Harrison of Boise
City, OK, Henry Moody of Eugene, ORE.,
Bill and Oran Moody, both of Fort Smith;
one stepson, Joseph Harrison of Maryville,
CA., four daughters, Mrs. Joseph Prescott,
Mrs. Bill (Ruby "Mo") Michael; and Mrs.
Florence Bivins, all of Fort Smith and Mrs.
Arthur (Bessie) Hall; of CA., two step-daughters,
Mrs. May Moody of Fort Smith and
Mrs. Ben (Hazel) Mosby of Dallas, TX.,
44 grandchildren,
96 great-grandchildren, and
44 great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Carrol Prescott, Raymond
and Eddie Moody, Gene Bivins, Leo Hall and
Oran Moody Jr. Mattie full name was;
