Mrs. Margaret H. Ratton, age 56, of Palestine, died Sunday at her home in Palestine. Her death came sudden and unexpected.
Mrs. Ratton was born December 6, 1954, in Kingsport, Tennessee, and was the daughter of Maxwell Turman and Lou Spencer Turman. She was a member of the Old Fashion Baptist Church in Palestine.
Mrs. Ratton married Edward E. Ratton in 1971, and he survives her along with two daughters, Tracy Morris, and husband, James of Palestine, and Wendy Monmaney, and husband, Brian, of North Little Rock, one son, Eddie Ratton, and wife, Bridgett, of Conway, one sister, Sandra Turman of Texas, one brother, Terry Turman, of Florida, and eleven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one brother, Randy Turman, and two grandson's; Andrew James and Jared Morris.
Services for Mrs. Ratton will be held at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 2:00 P.M., Saturday, with burial in Forrest Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday evening, 6:00 till 8:00 P.M., at Stevens Funeral Home with Stevens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. You may log on to stevensfuneralhome.net for the on line registry.
