Robert "Bobby" Alton Sherrill, 51 of Gamaliel, died March 2, 2013. Bobby was born January 9, 1962 in Conway to Billy Ray Sherrill and Nellie Elizabeth (McPherson) Sherrill Reeves.
Bobby was an employee of Union Pacific Railroad for 12 years and was of the Baptist faith. Prior to U.P,, he enjoyed working offshore. He is survived by his parents; children Justin Alldon Sherrill, Alisha Diana Ryan, and Crystal Rose Sherrill; grandchildren Sabria Ryan, Erick Ryan, Seth Ryan and Eian Ryan; and siblings Rebecca Long, Glenda Sherrill, Donna Parsons, Michael Woodham, Elizabeth Gatton, Nancy Smith, Thomas Reeves, II, and Paul Reeves.
Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 163 Mt. Carmel Rd., Cabot, with the funeral service to begin at 3:00 p.m., Rev. William Carr officiating.
A Funeral Service for Amy Lyn Sherrill of Gamaliel, Arkansas, will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, November 21, 2012, at Kirby & Family Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother William Carr officiating.
Amy passed away November 15, 2012, in Lake Village, AR. at the age of 44. She was born August 18, 1968, in Berwyn, Illinois, the daughter of George and Carol Kroc Steffan. She married Robert Sherrill on September 25, 2011, at Gamaliel, Arkansas and worked as a manager for a fishing resort. Amy lived in Gamaliel, since 1998, moving from Naperville, Illinois. She loved life and animals. She enjoyed the outdoors and riding Harleys.
Amy is survived by her husband, Robert Sherrill of Gamaliel, AR.; sister, Tracy (Mark) Wiesboeck of Gassville, AR.; seven nephews, Jason, Broderic and Duncan Steffan, and Mark, Luke, Daniel and Matthew Wiesboeck and five nieces, Brittany, Anna and Ruth Wiesboeck and Nickole and Jasmin Steffan.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Kelly Steffan.
