Mr. Roy 'Bill' Wilford Lesley, age 73, of Forrest City, died Monday, Aug. 19, 2002 at his home. Mr. Lesley was born May 5, 1929 in Nettleton, Miss., the son of Jack Andrew Lesley and Flora Ray Lesley. Mr. Lesley lived in Forrest City most of his life, was a farmer and a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Mr. Lesley married Jannie Brown in 1979, and she survives him along with one brother, Carl Lesley of Augusta, Kan. Visitation services for Mr. Lesley will be held Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2002 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 22, 2002 at Bethel Baptist Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery, under the direction of Stevens Funeral Home.
