Wife of Charles Ray Widby
Funeral services for Mrs. Lillie Widby, 56, who died Sunday, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Stevens Funeral Home, burial to follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Widby died at her home in the Powers Community southeast of Forrest City. She had been recovering from surgery three and a half months ago and her death came suddenly from a heart attack.
Born May 24, 1912, in Hickory Ridge, she was the daughter of Alice Watts Odom and Robert Odom. A Baptist, she had made her home in and around Forrest City all her life.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Widby and Carel Porter of Forrest City, and six grandchildren.
