-Funeral services for William Ulys Taylor, 73, who died Thursday night in Forrest Memorial Hospital, will be held in Stevens Funeral Home Saturday. Rev. Marion Gramling and Rev. Clyde Hankins will conduct the services, with burial in Forrest Park cemetery. Mr. Taylor was born Nov.18,1893, in Tipton Co. Tenn., near Covington, the son of Mrs. Ella May Bragg Taylor and William Henry Taylor. He had made his home in the Forrest City area since 1908 and resided at 1223 Walsh at the time of his death. He had been hospitalized for ten days. A farmer and a member of the Second Baptist Church, he recently had worked as a service station attendant. His wife, Mrs. Ella May Parker Taylor, whom he married in 1910, died in 1940. Mr. Taylor is survived by four sons, Robert L., Ernest, and Wallace Henry of Forrest City, Walter Ulys
of Norfolk, Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Anna Lucille Fryer of Forrest City, and Mrs. Alice May Erwin and Mrs. Hazel Mildred Cromwell of Covington; a brother, James Russell Taylor of Brighton, Tenn.,; a sister, Mrs. Relia Merritt of Myrtle, Miss.;16 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
