Mr. James A. Thomas, age 68, of Rogers, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006, at the Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. Mr. Thomas was born Oct. 27, 1937, in New Albany, Miss. He was retired from Superior Industries. Mr. Thomas married Carole Sue Hubbard in 1979 and she survives him along with five daughters, Cheri Odell, Stephanie Thomas and Jennifer Thomas all of Rogers, Debby Star of Little Rock and Patricia Thomas of Jacksonville; six sons, Lynn Thomas, James Thomas, Michael Thomas and Mark Thomas all of Rogers, Jamie Stuckey of Little Rock and Trey Hubbard of Jacksonville; a sister, Lena DeJarneatte of Poplar Grove; a brother, Charles Morrell of North Little Rock; 26 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services for Mr. Thomas will be held on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006, in the Chapel of Stevens Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Forrest Park Cemetery.
