Sunday, May 25, 1975
John Rushing, 2405 Hartline, Dallas, Tex., died May 23 in a Dallas hospital. Born at Indian Creek, Tex., he was the son of Benjamin F. and Cora Olson Rushing, a member of the Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Opal McCutcheon Rushing of the home; two brothers, Leroy Rushing, Breckenridge, Tex., and Ben V. Rushing, Fredricksburg, Tex.
Funeral arrangements will be announced by Sisco Chapel.

Funeral services for John Rushing, Dallas, Tex., were held today at 10 a.m. in Sisco Chapel with the Rev. Earl Brown of Dallas officiating. Burial was in Sonora Cemetery under the direction of Sisco.
Pallbearers were Carl Dickey, Jack Dickey, Wesley Burrow, Ford Carlton, Joe Burns and Mike Ober.
