Mrs. Della R. Shrum
Mrs. Della R. Shrum, 69, of Pettigrew died Monday, March 26. She was born January 10, 1887 in Madison county and was a lifelong resident of the Pettigrew community. Her parents were Sim on Keck and Margaret Jane Duncan Keck. She was a member of the Christian Union Church.
She is survived by one son, Lee Shrum of Crosses, and two daughters, Mrs. Delpha Jane Johnson of Boston and Mrs. Audrey Haught of Pettigrew.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in Cove conducted by Rev. Harrison Collins. Burial was in the Cove cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.
