Daundra Annette Proffitt Carlton, 43, of Dyess died Sunday, September 16, 2007 at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 19, 1964 in Lepanto, AR. She was a life long resident of Dyess, AR. She was a member and Sunday school teacher at Dyess Central Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother; Vivian Proffitt. She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years Dwayne Carlton and beloved sons, Bryce Proffitt and Clayton Carlton all of Dyess; her father Billy W. Proffitt of Jonesboro; three brothers: David Proffitt of Mobile, AL, Dr. Danny Proffitt of Fayetteville, AR., and Dawayne Proffitt of Jonesboro; two beloved sisters: Darlene Richmond of Dyess and Dametra Hodges of Jonesboro. She also leaves 12 nieces and nephews. Bro. Mike Gonzales will be officiating the funeral service. Memorials may be made to Dyess Central Baptist Church building fund or to the charity of one's choice.
