Allen Cemetery is located on the old William Russell Allen homestead in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, Section 32, Township 16 North, Range 26 West. There are 7 graves at this location, but only one is marked with a marble tombstone. The other six are marked with fieldstones only.
Directions to reach this cemetery. From Huntsville take Highway 23 South for 1 1/2 miles; turn right on County Road 6060 and continue for 2 1/2 miles. Turn left on County Road 6519 and go 2 miles. County Road 6519 will intersect with County Road 6200. Continue straight ahead for 1/4 mile. There will be a fork in the road: County Road 6200 will veer to the right and County Road 6505 will veer left. Go left on 6505 for about 2/10ths of a mile, there will be an old vacant house on your right that has a shed with an old tractor in it. Park at this old house. A trail travels to the right of the house. The cemetery is located about 300 feet up the trail.
