Charlie Wright, 101, of Ozark, father of Dean Wright of Clarksville, died Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at Mercy Hospital/Turner Memorial in Ozark.
He was a native of Johnson County, son of the late Riley and Ora Fleming Wright, farmer, and was preceded in death by one son, Charles Eugene Wright; and one sister, Velma McCartney.
Survivors include his wife, Ollie Mae Stacy Wright; one other son, Ronnie Wright of Ozark; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 21, at the Oak Grove Cemetery under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Pallbearers will be Gurvis McCartney, Burl McCartney and Earl Wyers.
Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, at Shaffer Funeral

Ollie Mae Wright, 97, of Ozark, mother of Dean Wright of Clarksville, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2010, in Ozark.
She was a daughter of the late Jesse and Cora Bell Lovell Stacy, widow of Charlie Wright and was preceded in death by one son, Charles Eugene Wright; and four brothers, Clyde, Leroy, Melvin and Billy Stacy.
She is survived by one other son, Ronnie Wright of Ozark; one sister, Maxine Drake of Altus; one brother, Harold Stacy of Ozark; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
