Bertha Louise Coran, 88, of Conway passed from this life on December 31, 2013. She was born on July 11, 1925 to the late Edward Truman “Frank” and Nancy Louise Beagles in Chelsea, OK. Bertha was a devoted Christian and loved going to church and reading from her Bible. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her family dearly.
Bertha is survived by her loving children; Sonny Kuykendall (Jerry), Bart Henderson (Polly), Betty Hammer (Lonny), Wanda Hale, Daryl Coran (Marsha), Richard Coran (Sherry), Gaye Searles (Paul), one sister; Rosie Hamel, a host of over one hundred and thirty grandchildren, great-grandchildren-and great-great-grandchildren, and many loving friends. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 64 years; Lenard Coran, six brothers, two sisters, one grandson, one granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 1pm with brothers Malcolm Johnson and Keith Troutman Officiating. Burial is to follow the service at Mayflower Cemetery in Mayflower, AR. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Friday evening at the Funeral Home.
