Beulah Parmenter, 88, of Van Buren died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, the widow of Elvin Parmenter and attended Dora Pentecostal Church. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home Chapel in Van Buren with burial at Dyer Cemetery in Dyer. She is survived by a sister, Myrtle Parmenter of Van Buren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ray and Sambo Parmenter, David Belcher, Dwight Selman, Billy Huff and Robert Lee Parmenter. Times Record Online.
