William R. (Bill) Huggins, age 81, a resident of 107 West First Street, Corning, died at 1:20 a. m., Monday, September 28, 1970, at the home of his daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hicks, South Third Street. A retired farmer, he was born August 8, 1889 in Dunklin County, Missouri. He had been a resident of Corning and Western Clay County for the past 6 years.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. Iva O'Kelley of Lakeland, Fla., Mrs. Ruby Hicks and Mrs. Dorothy Evans, both of Corning and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at 2:00 p. m., Wednesday, at the Russell-Ermert Chapel by Troy Jackson.
