Bernice Low, 73, Rogers, died July 24 in Rogers Memorial Hospital. She was born Nov. 26, 1903, at Canute, Okla., the daughter of Edgar D. and Ethel Smallwood Millstead. She was a member of the Christian Church and a retired school teacher.
Survivors include one brother, Paul Millstead, Clearwater, Fla.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Callison Funeral Home chapel at Rogers with the Rev. Dean Newberry officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Callison's.
