Mary S. Ashby (1952 - 2012)
Mary S. Ashby, 59 of Edwardsville, Ill., born on Feb. 9, 1952, in Batesville, Ark., passed from this life on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012, at Relais Bonn Eau in Edwardsville, Ill.
Mary was a long time engineer for Southwestern Bell. She will be remembered for the love of her family and the good times shared.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Moser.
Surviving are her daughters, Adria (Michael) Hildebrand of Edwardsville, Ill., and Michele (Michael) Dawson of Edwardsville, Ill.; her mom, Geneva (Warden) Moser of Edwardsville, Ill.; four grandchildren, Macy Hildebrand, Abby Hildebrand, Avery Dawson and Emma Dawson, all of Edwardsville, Ill.; sister, Betty Nunnery of Granite City, Ill.
Memorials are suggested to Relais Bonn Eau.
Visitation: Friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at Irwin Chapel, 591 Glen Crossing Road in Glen Carbon, Ill.
Funeral: A celebration of her life will be held at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012, at the funeral home with the Rev. David Phillips officiating. Graveside services will be held at noon on Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at Wiseman Cemetery in Wiseman, Ark. IRWIN CHAPEL, Glen Carbon, Ill.
