Rogers -- Mrs. Lucy Overacre, 80, died Tuesday at a Rogers hospital after a long illness. She was born Aug. 14, 1884, at Roanoke, Va., reared at Cooper, Texas and came to the Pleasant Ridge community in Rogers in 1900. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Olivia Graham of Rogers, Mrs. Gladys Burch of Long Beach, Calif., Mrs. Ima Gordon of Tulsa, and Mrs. Helen Thomas of Rogers; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral will be announced by Burns Funeral Home.
