Regina "Snookie" Pennington Reep, 79, of Warren, died Thursday at Wagnon Place Nursing Home.
She was born Jan. 29, 1927, in Bradley County, a daughter of the late Edward Ross Pennington and Eleanor MacFadden "Ellie Mac" Green Pennington.
She was a graduate of Hermitage High School.
She was a retired employee of Dollar Store, Gannaway Drug Store and Sears and West Brothers. She was also a homemaker and caregiver.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church at Warren, where she was a member of the choir and taught Sunday school.
She was also preceded in death on June 4, 2002, by her husband, H.T. Reep, whom she married on Dec. 7, 1946, at Hermitage; two brothers, Jack Pennington and Curtis Pennington; and three sisters, Mable Pennington LeFevere, Mary Elizabeth "Missie" Pennington Parrish and Anita "Nita" Pennington Reaves Abernathy.
Survivors include two sons, Johnny Reep of Little Rock and Randy Reep of El Dorado; one daughter, Regina "Genie" Reep Kersten of Hamburg; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. today at Frazer's Funeral Home at Warren. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery.
