CROUCH, Carrie BLACK - Mrs. Carrie Black Crouch, the wife of L.C. Crouch, died at the family home in Bentonville some time after six o'clock Tuesday morning, April 13th, suffering a hemorrhage of the brain two days before. The funeral services will be held at the First Presbyterian church on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. A.W. Henderson will conduct the services and interment will be made in the City Cemetery. Mrs. Crouch's maiden name was Carrie Black and she was born at the old Black homestead near Bentonville on December 18, 1866. She has spent her entire life in Bentonville, being educated in the public schools here and receiving her musical education in Bentonville and in Fayetteville. She married L.C. Crouch on October 27, 1886. To them were born one daughter, Miss Vic Crouch, and one son, Bently Crouch, who died in 1909.
