Services were held for Mrs. Ruby Bowen Stewart, 88, at The First Baptist Church of Bradley, AR at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 24, 1998 with Rev. Tobey Talley officiating and burial in The Walnut Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Stewart passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 1998 at the Willis-Knighton Medical Center after a short illness. She was born in 1910 in Bethel, OK, but has resided in Bradley, AR for many years as a wife, homemaker, mother, and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Stewart. Mrs. Stewart is survived by: a son, Bub Stewart and wife, Nita; daughters, Jean Stewart Bynum and husband John L. Bynum, Pat Stewart Emerson and husband, Dilton Emerson, Gail Stewart Brewer and husband, Glynn Brewer, and Jan Stewart Taylor; 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
