Mrs. J. F. Wyatt Dies After Long Illness
Mrs. Nora Belle Wyatt, aged 61, died at her home near Band Mill, Monday, January 31. She had been sick several weeks and her death was not unexpected.
Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Pleasant Grove, Rev L. C. Craig, pastor of the Methodist Church of Calico Rock, being in charge. Interment was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery; Higginbotham Funeral Home of Melbourne being in charge of funeral arrangements.
Mrs. Wyatt was born near Newburg August 27, 1876. In 1896 she was married to J. F. Wyatt. At the age of 16 she united with the Methodist Church and lived a consistent Christian life, devoted to her home and church.
Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons and three daughters – Horence Wyatt of Lisco, Nebr., Virgil Wyatt of Bentonville, Ark., Lee Wyatt of Dolph, Ark., Mrs. Audra Wolf of Little Rock, Mrs. Ambra Smart of Poplar Bluff, Mo., Miss Jeffery Wyatt, Adrian and Roe of Band Mill.
