Stephens, April 24 - Warren Green, aged 70 former resident of Stephens, died at the home of his son, Nelson Green in Shreveport, La., Thursday night. He moved away from Stephens years ago. Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughtes, Mrs. B. M. Kennedy, Mrs. Bernice Cummings, and Miss Mildred Green, all of Shreveport; and two sons, Nelson of Shreveport and Weston Greene of Stephens. After a brief funeral service in Shreveport, at 10 a.m. Saturday, final services will be held at Mt. Moriah church near Rosston in Nevada county at 4 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Mt. Moriah cemetery. (Camden News - April 24, 1953)
