Jewel Christina Middlesworth, age 86, of Perry, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2011. She was born February 24, 1925, in Elk City, Oklahoma, a daughter of Paul L. Hawkins and Margarette Ferguson Hawkins. She was the widow of Roy Middlesworth to whom she was married for 48 years, a homemaker, and member of Oppelo Assembly of God.
Survivors include her son, Donald Middlesworth of Perry; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 3, at Oppelo Assembly of God with Bro. Bud Avants officiating. Burial will be at Perry Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, December 2, at Oppelo Assembly of God.
