Ida Lavern Umphers, 86, of Little Rock, formerly of Hot Springs, died Wednesday, March 15, 2011, at home. She was born August 17, 1924, in Nimrod, Arkansas, to Hollis William and Josie Howard Magie.
Survivors include a daughter, Ida Sue Umphers, of Little Rock; and a sister, Carmon Anderson, of Perryville.
Graveside services will be 10 am Thursday at Greenwood Cemetery with the Rev Randy Posey officiating.
Gross Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
