*Obituary
Funeral service for Mrs. Zona DEES, 79, was held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Wedington Baptist church, with the Rev. Lonnie BROWN officiating. Burial was in the Wedington Cemetery.
Mrs. DEES, a lifetime resident of Wedington, died in a Bentonville nursing home Wednesday. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Her late husband, who died in 1953, and she operated a Wedington store for a number of years.
Survivors include two sons, Hayden DEES, Scappoose, Oregon, and Deward DEES, Globle, Oregon, a former Westville resident; 3 sisters, Mrs. Dallas ASHWORTH, Pine Hill, Ala., Mrs. Retta DRAKE, Coeur D' Alene, Idaho, and Mrs. Bessie FOREMAN, Tahlequah.
