Marshall Houston Smart, 81, of Rt. 3, Stephens, died in a Magnolia hospital early Sunday. He was a retired farmer. Services were to held today at 2 p.m. in the Corinth Baptist Church near Stephens with burial to follow in the Stephens Cemetery. Mr. Smart is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Smart of the home; one son, William F. Smart of Oklahoma City, Okla.; two daughters, Mrs. James A. Mullins of San Antonion, Tex., and Mrs. Ed Jenkins of Midland, Tex.; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Camden Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
