Obituary for Leana Green from Roller Funeral Homes Website:
Mrs. Leana Green, age 87 of Mountain Home passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Care Manor. She was born June 3, 1923 in Gamaliel, Arkansas to Henry Baxter Britt and Ada Belle "Frankie" Denny Britt. She married William R. "Bill" Green.
She is survived by a son, Winfred (Mary) Green of Mountain Home; 2 grandchildren: Robbie and Wendee Green and 2 great grandchildren: Sheridan Green and Mia Green. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband , 3 sisters: Roxie Treat, Effie Stone and Ruth Cranfill and 3 infants.
Visitation will be Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010 at Roller Funeral home from 12 until 9 PM with the family receiving friends from 6-8 PM. Graveside services, conducted by Reverend Dr. Michael Shy will be 10 AM Friday, August 6, 2010 at East Oakland Cemetery.
Memorial contributions are suggested to East Oakland Cemetery Association.
