Adrian Ward, 18, farmer living in the Ward valley community near Bee Branch, died in a hospital in Little Rock Saturday night, following an operation. Young Ward was a native of Bee Branch and had lived in that vicinity all of his life. He was a son of Mrs. Dorotha Ward and the late James W Ward. He also is survived by a brother, Robert Lee Ward, and three sisters, Nadene, Maxine, and Rebecca Ward, all of Bee Branch. Funeral services were held at the Steel Hopewell Methodist church by Eld. Charles Woods at 11 a.m. today. Burial was in Blackwell Cemetery in charge of McNutt's Funeral home.
