Alf Heng, 69, Rt. 1, Decatur, died June 14 in Gravette Medical Center. Born Aug. 27, 1904, in Gilman, Iowa, he was the son of Aner and Helena Heng, and was a member of the Lutheran Church and former owner of the Citizens News Stand in Springdale. His wife preceded him in death May 9, 1974.

Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Maria Bazor, California, Mrs. Selma Haas, California, and Mrs. Agnes Glomstad, Minnesota.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. at the Decatur Assembly of God Church with R.J. McGaughly officiating. Burial will be in the Decatur Cemetery under the direction of Pyeatte Funeral Service.

Mrs. Julia Heng, 77, Rt. 1, Decatur, died June 9 at Gravette Medical Center. Born Sept. 18, 1896, in Boyd, Minn., she and her husband, Alf Heng, formerly owned Citizens Newstand in Springdale, and she was a member of the Lutheran Church.

Survivors include her husband of the home; and one brother, Peter Johnson, Clarkfield, Minn.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Assembly of God Church, Decatur, with the Rev. R.J. McGaughly officiating. Burial will be in Decatur Cemetery under the direction of Pyeatte Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
