Decatur Man Follows Wife in Death
William D. Ukena, age 59 years, died Monday morning at his home near Decatur following by 17 days the fatal illness of his wife. He was born in Kansas December 6, 1881.
He is survived by six children, Arthur and Tressie Ukena of Decatur and others in Oklamona and three grandchildren. Funeral service was held Thursday afternoon at the Assembly of God church in Decatur with Mrs. F.D. Cable and Miss Lola Wilkins officiating. Burial was in Decatur cemetery.

Mrs. William Ukena, 47 years old, died last Thursday night at her home south of Decatur after a short illness. Funeral service was held at the Assembly of God church in Decatur Monday afternoon with Mrs. Mary Cable officiating. Interment was in Decatur cemetery.
Survivors include her husband, two sons of the home; one son in a CCC camp and three daughters.
