Died February 21, 1995, Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.
Daughter of Abraham "Abe" & Rose Ann Whitfield Parnell.
Married E. B. "Bill" Hall, August 5, 1944, Mountain Home, Baxter County, Arkansas.

Montene Hall of Mt. Home died Tuesday (Feb 21, 1995) at Care Manor Nursing Home. She was 71.
Mrs. Hall was born Sep 17, 1923, at Norfork to Abe and Rose Whitfield Parnell. She married E.B. Hall on Aug 5, 1944, at Mt. Home and was a cook for Holdiay Inn and Anglers Cafe. She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church, and a wonderful cook, mother and grandmohter.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by both parnets; a brother E.J. Parnell and a sister, Margaret May.
She is survived by her husband, E.B. Hall of Mt. Home; five sons, Billy Hall of Gainesville, Jerry Hall and his wife, Sharon, and Larry Hall and his wife, Terri, all of Mt. Home, Eddie Hall and his wife, Becky, of Oklahoma City, and Steve Hall and his wife, Marilyn of Violet Hill; three daughters, Ann Inskeep and her husband, Dale, Ruby White and her husband Ronnie, and Donna White and her husband Donald, all of Mt. Home; 15 grandchildren; four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 9Am to 9PM today at Roller Funeral Home in Mt. Home, with the family receiving friends 7-9PM.
Services will be 2PM Friday at Galatia Assembly of God Chuch with the Rev. Rex Middleton officiating.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Moody, Mike Hall, Roe Whitfield, Leon Parnell, Scott Sellars and Darren Wyatt. Honorary pallbearers will be Kevin Inskeep, Kerry Inskeep, Shawn White, Greg Hall, Larry Dean Hall, Jr., Shannon White, Seth Hall and Clint Hall.
Burial will be in Galatia Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Hospice of the Ozarks.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
