October 20, 1930 - April 14, 1969
Mrs. Bertha Mae Peterson, 38 of the Harmony Grove Community, died Monday afternoon in a local hospital following a brief illness. She was born in Dalark, Arkansas, the daughter of Horace and Willie Mae Shambley Ratcliff, and was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church at Harmony Grove. Mrs. Peterson is survived by her husband, Travis F. Peterson, one daughter Patti Lynn and one son, Thomas Edwin all of the home, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Horace Ratcliff of Camden; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Belle Bledsoe of Kelso, Washington and Mrs. Louise Massey of Camden; one brother J. C. Ratcliff of Magnolia. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Park Hill Baptist Church, with b urial in Sparkman Cemetery. Proctors is in charge of arrangements.
