Funeral services are scheduled for 2PM today (Thursday) at the Memorial Chapel for Mrs. Grace Lena Elledge, 66, former Mt. Home resident who died Sunday at a Poplar Bluff, MO, Hospital.
Interment will be in the Norfork Cemetery, under the direction of the McClure-Smith Service. A service was conducted at Poplar Bluff's Frank-Cottrell Funeral Home on Tuesday.
The former Grace Chapman, Mrs. Elledge was born July 7, 1907, at Advance, in south Baxter County. She moved to Poplar Bluff 36 years ago, and was married to Edward Elledge on Dec 2, 1942.
Survivors include her husband of Poplar Bluff; five brothers, Harvey Chapman of Stanton, OR, Oscar and Wilson Chapman of Norfork and Edgar and Marvin Chapman of Mt. Home; four sisters, Mrs. Tinnie Freeman of Turner, OR, Mrs. Dorothy Bench and Mrs. Mary Hurst of Norfork and Miss Vivian Chapman of Lone Rock; several nieces and nephews.
