Robert Stanley Ethridge, 67, died at home on Saturday, June 15, 2019, following illness.
Stanley was born February 22, 1952 in Star City, AR and was a lifelong area resident of Louann. Following his high school graduation, he graduated from an automotive trade school in Nashville, TN. He then served in the U.S. Marines before receiving an honorable discharge after a serious injury. He had a passion for automobiles and the outdoors, especially hunting.
He is survived by his father and step-mother, Robert and Betty Ethridge, Beebe; sister, Carolyn Stock and husband, Frank, Scottsdale, AZ; three step-brothers, John Sindle, Cabot, Nickie Sindle and wife, Laurie, Beebe, Phillip Bell and wife, Alice, Prairie Grove; step-sister, Christy Lindsey, Malvern; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by mother Pauline Bowlin Ethridge Crawford.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 29 at Landmark Missionary Baptist Church at 915 Access Road in Beebe, with a private burial. Brother Doyle Fort will officiate.
