Naomi Burns, 85, of Salem, Arkansas passed away on Friday, October 2, 2020 at her home. Naomi was born on January 12, 1935 in Brinkley, Arkansas to the late Robert Gilmore and Lettie Marie (Jones) Benham. She worked for many years in customer service at Regions Bank. Naomi enjoyed spending time with her family and especially enjoyed spoiling her grandkids. She will be greatly missed by all of her loving family and friends.
Naomi was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Gilmore and Lettie Marie (Jones) Benham; children, Carolyn Mitchell and Ruby Burns Johnson; siblings, Violet Williams, Roberta Scroggins, Eva Spieghts, Bobby Joe Benham, Johnnie Benham, and Herbert Benham.
Visitation is Monday, October 5, 2020, from 12:30-1:00 PM at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View, Arkansas. Graveside services will follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 PM with Pastor Logan Welch officiating.
Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Burns, Jr., Jeremy Burns, Ivan Gage Burns, Josh Burns, Robert Burns, Michael Burns, C.J. Burns, Alex Burns, Mark Kincade, Lance Mitchell, Everett Burns, and Garrett Bartlett.
Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas is in charge of the arrangements.
