Vetta Taylor was born In Alma, Arkansas. She was the daughter of the Late William "Babe" Guinn and Bessie Hughes Guinn. Her early life was spent in Alma where she also received her schooling. She was married to the Late Robert Taylor. She was a member of the Jehovah's Witness Church. She died at the Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas on
