FAYETTEVILLE — Catherine "Katie" Eggert Stephenson, 95, of Fayetteville died Aug. 4, 2007, in Fayetteville. She was born July 22, 1912, in South Webster, Ohio, to Frank and Bessie Pearl Yelley Belcher. She was a Baptist, homemaker and laborer. She was preceded in death by a son, Steve Davis and daughter, Betty Davis.
Survivors include her children, Colleen Franklin of Fayetteville; Bill and Lola Eggert of Huntsville; Wes and Shirley Eggert and Molly and Lowell Bradley, all of Springdale; 100 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale with the Rev. Rick Cope officiating. Burial will be in Bluff Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, online at www.backstrom-pyeatte.com.
Pallbearers will be Bobby Franklin, Bill Franklin, Gary Franklin, Kenneth Franklin, David Franklin and Bobby Parker. Honorary pallbearers will be Charlie Davis, Mark Davis, Steve Davis, Brad Eggert, Wayne Franklin and Clifton Eggert.
