Bentonville — Mrs. Janet Davis Brown, 79, died Saturday in the Bentonville hospital. She was born at Cardiff, Wales and came to this country at the age of three. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
Survivors include the husband, Joseph W. Brown of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Sylvia Vertress of Bentonville, two sisters, Mrs. Fred Ault of Mount Carmel, Ill. and Mrs. Betty Drummond of Fresno, Calif.; one brother Tom Davies of Bokoshe, Okla.; one grandchild and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Bentonville Methodist Church. Burial in Bentonville Cemetery under direction of Callison-McKinney Funeral Home.
