Yvonne Evans died Thursday, Aug. 18, 2016, in Fort Smith.
She was born Feb. 17, 1936, in Bond, Miss.
Graveside service will be 9 a.m. today at Washington Cemetery under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary in Fort Smith.
She is survived by a daughter, Minnie Marshall of Fort Smith; five sons, Roosevelt, Sylvester, Ben and Bryan Evans, all of Fort Smith, and Jimmy Evans of Jefferson, La.; a brother, Peter Brown of Maxie, Miss.; five grandchildren; and multiple great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be her sons.
