He was retired after 45 years of owning Moncier Construction Company, and he was a past member of the Southside Rotary Club.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Mary Ann Moncier of Fort Smith; one son Dewaine Moncier Jr. of Van Buren; two sisters, Jean Forsythe and husband, Prentice of Louisville, KY, and Evelyn Knight of Jacksonville, Fla. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cleve and Rebecca Moncier.
Funeral will be held Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 2 p.m. at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel and burial will follow at Roselawn Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
Memorial may be made to the Sebastian County Humane Society.

April 17, 1934 - April 6, 2017

Mary Anne Bradshaw Moncier passed away at her home with her son Dewaine Jr., nephew Jere, Eleanor, and Laura by her side. Her beloved four legged Lydia was on her lap.

Mary Anne was a member of First Christian Church, Ft. Smith, AR. She is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Dewaine. She was a "Sweet Lady" who loved hanging out with her "Sisters", Doris, Linda, Judy, and Carolyn. She was an avid bridge player and traveled the United States participating in national tournaments representing the Ft. Smith Bridge Club. She was a volunteer of Sparks Hospital Guild and served on the Sparks Hospital Board of Directors for six years.

She is survived by her son Dewaine Moncier, Jr. and an extensive loving family.

Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 11th, in Roselawn Cemetery, officiated by Reverend Don Hubbard under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Doris, Linda, Judy, Carolyn, Donnie, and Carolyn.
