Raymond Neiser of Fort Smith, died Thursday, May 7, 2015 in his home.

Ray was transferred by Norge in Muskegon, Michigan to Fort Smith in 1961 and retired from Whirlpool.
He was an accomplished bowler, golfer and baseball player. He was passionate about "The Fighting Irish" and gained great pleasure attending Notre Dame games. Ray enjoyed his membership in the Dervish and Century dance clubs. He was highly recognized member of the Elks Club.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Thelma, his son, Tommy, and his granddaughters, Jennifer Metzker and Melanie Kramer.

The family will visit with friends at 6:00 PM Sunday at Edwards Funeral Home with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 PM.

Funeral mass will be 11:00 AM Monday, May 11, 2015, at Christ the King Catholic Church with burial at Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

He is survived by three daughters Nancy Oakes of Winslow, AR, Peggy Metzker of Racine, WI and Kathy Paskey of Fort Smith.

He gained great pleasure from his grandchildren; Ryan Kramer of Mountainburg, Jamie Kramer of Edmond, OK, Wade (Jeannie) Carroll of Kenner, LA, Leanne (Chris) Dunn of Racine, WI, Jan (Nick) Herman of Kenosha, WI, Christie Goins, Jeff (Ashley) Goins, and Brian (Payton) Goins of Fort Smith.
Ray was blessed with 7 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Dennis Paskey, Pat Metzker, Milford Oakes, Jeff Goins, Brian Goins and Ryan Kramer.
