1890 - March 16, 1952
George John Haney, 62 years old, died Sunday, March 16, 1952 in North Litchfield Ill. He was the father of Mrs. Rex Wilcox of Mountainburg and was a resident of Zion, Ill.
Funeral services was held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 1952 at Edwards Chapel, with Rev. Fred Cornell, pastor of the Presbyterian church at Mountainburg officiating. Burial was in Roselawn cemetery.
Mr. Haney is survived by his wife, Amelia, the one daughter, one sister, a brother and two grandchildren.
