Generee Holder, 84 of Walnut Ridge, passed Friday July 21, 2023 at her residence.
She was born July 30, 1938 in Fontana, CA to John & Ethel Harris.
Generee was a loving wife and homemaker. She was the matriarch of a large family that included over 40 decendants. She was a member of Independent Christian Assembly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ethel; husband, William Edward Holder; daughter, Mary Jo Scott; stepson, Eddie Holder; and sisters, Ethel May Wolf & Pearl (Kenneth) Russell.
She is survived by her step daugher, Nancy (Jack) Snyder of ID; sons, Johnny (Twila) Holder and Billy Ed Holder both of Walnut Ridge; daughters, Jennie (Bill) Wilkerson of Williford, and Vivian Holder of Walnut Ridge; 10 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and many other families and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday July 25, 2023 from 10:00AM-11:00AM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
Funeral services begin at 11:00AM in the funeral chapel at House-Gregg in Walnut Ridge with Ed Gregory officiating.
Burial will be in Noble Cemetery in Brookland under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Homes of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Arkansas.
