Beverly Carlson Blount, 57, of Fort Smith, Ark. passed away Monday, April 20, 2009 in Fort Smith. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was also a housewife and attended the Lutheran Church. Beverly is survived by her husband, David; two daughters, Belinda Boyd of Conway, Ark. and Sarah Long and her husband Justin of Chicago; three sisters, Rebecca Greer of Conway, Ark.; Barbara Caviness of Little Rock; and Linda Chapeau of Omaha; one brother, John Carlson of Essex; three grandchildren, Katelyn Boyd, Madison Boyd and Parker Boyd, all of Conway, Ark.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers are Ray Burd, Lyndon Tate, Mike Thames, Justin Long, Drew Drinkwater, and Andrew Chapeau. Memorials may be made to the , 92 West Sunbridge, Fayetteville, Ark., 72703, or Sebastian County Humane Society, 3800 Kelley Highway, Fort Smith, Ark., 72904.
