September 29, 1884 - January 7, 1966
Mrs. Margaret Eveleigh Williams, 84, of 704 E. Elm St., died in a local hospital Friday after a long illness. Born at Bearden, Sept. 29, 1881, she was the daughter of Holeman and Elizabeth Belle Huskey Steelman. She had lived here for the past 25 years and was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. E. M. Bates, El Dorado, and Mrs. Dahlia Johnson, Norphlet; two sons, Jesse J. Sullivan and John T. Sullivan, both of El Dorado; 22 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She also leaves two daughter-in-law, Mrs. C. R. Sullivan and Mrs. V. S. Sullivan. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Seventh Day Adventist Church with Rev. Ronald Watson and Elder Ralph Meadows officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery by Young's.
