Herbert Alvin McClain, 67, of 509 W. First St., died Friday morning in a Baton Rouge, La. hospital following a brief illness. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dan D. Adcock, Baton Rouge; a sister, Miss Ellie McClain, Fordyce; and two grandchildren. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Rumph Mortuary. (El Dorado Times - January 9, 1971)
