Anne Kilpatrick Hardy, 66, of Hot Springs Village died Feb. 1, 2011. She was born Nov. 2, 1944 to the late Morgan Kilpatrick and the late Marguerite Gilligan Kilpatrick. Anne worked as a systems analyst in the Banking Industry. She had the privilege of writing computer recovery programs with NASA for the Apollo 8 space mission where the Flight Director recognized her for outstanding work. Anne was a private pilot, accomplished pianist and enjoyed white water canoeing. She was an excellent bridge player. Survivors include her husband Alton Hardy of Hot Springs Village; son Andrew Hardy (Jennifer), of Clarksville, Tennessee; daughter - Hope Oliver, of Georgia; sisters Mary Sither of Tennessee and Helen Whited of Virginia; and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 3:00 p.m. Saturday at Caruth Village Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Davis officiating.

Alton Roe Hardy, 73, of Hot Springs Village, AR, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at an area hospital. He was born August 28, 1937 in Greenbrier, AR to Jeff and Bernice Stewart Hardy. Alton was a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a BS in business and previously served in the US Army. He was very proud of his family and followed the news closely of his youngest son serving as a Green Beret in Iraq. Alton was a devoted husband and caregiver to his wife Anne during her long illness. Retiring to Hot Springs Village, Alton enjoyed golf and fishing and loved the chance to read a good novel. He was predeceased by wife, Anne Hardy; father, Jeff Hardy; and brother, John Kent Hardy. Alton is survived by sons, Kent Hardy (Linda) of Little Rock, AR, Kevin Hardy (Deeanna) of Skiatook, OK and Andrew Hardy (Jennifer) of Fort Campbell, KY; daughter, Karen Keys (Michael) of Pocahontas, AR; mother, Bernice Hargrove of Little Rock; brother, Larry Hardy (Linda) of Hot Springs Village; six grandchildren; and stepdaughter, Hope Oliver (Clint) of Reidsville, GA. Memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Friday in Caruth Village Funeral Home Chapel.
