Linda Faye Henderson
March 28, 1946 - January 8, 2023
Linda Henderson, 76 of Hoxie, died Sunday January 8, 2023 at Walnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 28, 1946 in Model, TN to William Fox & Mary Hughes Fox. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She lived in Tennessee and Illinois for 17 years before settling in Arkansas. She loved shopping, working in her garden, and working in her yard. She was a former "Yard of the Month" winner. She worked as a waitress at the Hobnob in Walnut Ridge and at Miller Golf Bag at College City. She was a member of Hoxie First Baptist Church.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary; first husband, Ross Miles; second husband, Jack Henderson; brothers, William Fox and Roy Fox; and sisters, Stella Farmer, Mavs May, & Hilda Luffman.
She is survived by her sons, Greg (Peggy) Miles of Hoxie, and Randy (Tammy) MIles of Black Rock; daughter, Debbie Emison of Smithville; sisters, Zelma Ahart, Marjorie Boren, & Betty Jo Earon all of Dover, TN; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; her companion, Precious; and many other friends and family.
Visitation will be Wednesday January 11, 2023 from 1:00PM-2:00PM at House-Gregg Funeral Home in Walnut Ridge.
Funeral services begin at 2:00PM in the House-Gregg Chapel with Rick Hart officiating.
Internment will be in Lawrence Memorial Park in Walnut Ridge under direction of House-Gregg Funeral Homes of Walnut Ridge & Lynn, Arkansas.
